Ordered 3 plants. Very small stick with leaves. Two shipped well, and one (Hamilton) bag had opened and all the dirt fell out. It is suffering after planting. The others look good.

I received 2 beautifully healthy elderberry plants, a Pocahontas and Ranch. Only one problem- I ordered a Hamilton and Ranch. No planting instructions either. One call to you fixed it all. Gentleman on call was kind and apologetic. Received my Hamilton within days, with instructions. Thank you for wonderful plants and great customer service. 5 stars!

Shipping & Packaging issue
I ordered 20 potted plants, most arrived unscaved. First box everything was great second box was like they were shook like a margarita. I can’t find 2 of the Bob Gordon starts in the mess. I’m totally sad. I’m hoping they might have a couple left they might be able to replace those. The other shook up ones I have my fingers crossed for survival.

Way more than I expected! I thought these would be small plants from seed, but they are robust cuttings. They appear to be doing well. Planting directions were very good. They were well-packaged and seemed in good condition on arrival.

Amazing customer support
Plants originally got lost in the mail, arriving a week later and thoroughly cooked. Took a picture and asked Chase what to do with it.
